Tula4freedom, is an initiative of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Netherlands Antilles, Mrs. O.V.E. Leeflang.
The website Tula4freedom will contribute to the dissemination and accessibility of information about one of the greatest fighters of the emancipation of Curaçao, Tula, fighter for freedom, equality and fraternity.
